What Causes Vertigo And Fatigue Despite Taking Serc?

I have been diagnosed with meniers. and I am taking serc it seems to help me with my vertigo symptoms. But this morning I was standing in the kitchen making my coffee and all of the saden I felt something and I fell on my back and I was on the floor .it is hard to explain it it felt like someone push me

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query have vertigo and fatigue despite taking Serc that can occur due to many reasons like middle ear infection , some kind of growth in middle ear or fluid in middle ear ( Meniere's disease ) . You should not ignore this , because sometimes the condition get complicated. Serc is kind of antiemetic drug which can help upto some extent but its is very important to find out exact cause and treat it . I would suggest you to start with antibiotics, steroids and labyrinthine sedatives for month. you should go for vestibular rehabilitation exercises. You should consult with your ENT specialist and get evaluated. Doctor may order audiometry test and tuning fork test and treat it accordingly. Avoid bending forward and do meditation . Also drink green tea with ginger which has antiemetic effect .
