What Causes Vertigo And Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck?
I have had frequent (sometimes daily/multiple times a day) spells of vertigo lasting about 20 min (constant spinning). I have noticed that my lymph nodes in my neck and where my jaw meets my ear swell around times when I have spells. The swelling can last up to a week or more and then seems to improve gradually and recur with new spells of vertigo. I have been to so many doctors without getting a diagnosis. Are there any diseases/disorders/cancers/etc you would suggest being tested for?

The area where your jaw meets ear is the TMJ joint and problem with this joint can cause swelling around the joint area along with symptoms of vertigo. From the explanation of the swelling, it seems that you are suffering from the inflammation of the joint cavity.
I would advise you to visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for the physical examination of the joint along with investigations such as x-ray of the TMJ, MRI etc. Based on the clinical examination and the test results, diagnosis and management of the problem can be decided.
