What Causes Vertigo, Headache And Blurred Vision?
I have headaches everyday, have had vertigo on my right side when I lay down for five months, pain in right side of neck under my ear and pain in my upper right arm when I move it toward my back. About 10 days ago I noticed my vision was real blurry and has remained that way, last night I discovered blood in my eyes in the hazel part.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have vertigo, headache and blurred vision . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like systemic conditions, ear problem like meniere's disease , cardiovascular disease and other medical conditions , farsightedness, astigmatism or presbyopia . Variation in the sugar level can also cause such symptoms .
I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order complete blood test , eye test and heart related test . Also doctor may order examination of ear with otoscope along with hearing test and rotatory chair test to confirm the diagnosis .
Doctor may refer you to ENT specialist , cardiologist or ophthalmologist for problem to be related with ear , heart or eye respectively . For now avoid bending forward and drink green tea with ginger thrice a day .
