What Causes Vertigo, Neck Pain And Headache?

Tension headache for 5 weeks. CT scan normal. Vertigo bad and headache feels like stabbing sensation now last week only on right side new symptom throbbing neck pain below jaw line . placing pressure makes it feel better. Taking medications for headaches and have had toradol injections to temporarily relieve the pain. Had a PFO aerial septic in 2012. also have been excessively tired. 125lbs 5-2

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have neck pain, dizziness and tinnitus . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma , migraine or cervical spondylosis . Sometimes TMJ problem or upper respiratory tract infection can cause symptoms . Avoid bending forward and drink green tea with ginger thrice a day . Apply dry warm compresses on ear. You should take oral broad spectrum Antibiotics to treat the infection. Put anti-inflammatory ear drops. You should maintain complete hygiene of ear canal. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined , who may order CT scan , rotatory chair test along with taking history. Start treatment after proper prescription. Doctor may also recommend hearing aid , meniett device , steroid injection or vestibular therapy . Doctor may also prescribe supplement like ginkgo biloba . Do mind relaxing exercises like meditation and yoga , also apply warm compresses to neck. Doctor may also refer you to dentist for TMJ problem.
