General & Family Physician 's  Response
Amlodipine is quite safe anti hypertensive drug.In less than 2 percent,it causes leg swelling due to venous obstruction and congestion
side effect of HCZ aresuch as:

eye pain, vision problems;

dry mouth, thirst, nausea, vomiting;

feeling weak, drowsy, restless, or light-headed;

fast or uneven heartbeat;

muscle pain or weakness;

numbness or tingly feeling;

a red, blistering, peeling skin rash; or

nausea, stomach pain, low fever, loss of appetite, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of skin) and electrolyte imbalances.

Your vertigo must be due to accelerated hypertension.Be regular with treatment,get the drugs revised if response is not satisfactory,reduce salt intake and smoking,be physically avctive
