Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Got up this morning and felt dizzy upon first rising and when bending over to dress and pull on my boots and later while doing morning chores and it has gradually subsided as the day has progressed. First time I ever had this happen. Have experienced very minor balance problems when up maybe 12 feet or more on ladders, since 9 years ago upon taking 39 radiation/Lupron treatments for prostate cancer. I am a very active farmer/rancher. Age 64.
It might be due to conditions like vertigo or hypotension( low blood pressure). As of now drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
An MRI scan is required to rule out possible intracranial causes. Do a blood routine to rule out anaemia.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
