What Causes Vertigo While On Bystolic And Losartan?

I have been having vertigo. I ve been r/o with meniere s disease. I m very sensitive to meds. My cardiologist tried a lot of hypertensive drugs on me. Now I m on Bystolic 10mg in AM and Losartan 25mg at bedtime. Do you think this drugs can caused vertigo? I also had a bad reaction from Valsartan. Thank you.

Hello,

It is not related to Bystolic and Losartan.

As a first line management you can take drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief.

You have to make sure that your blood pressure is under control as uncontrolled hypertension can cause vertigo.

If symptoms persists you can consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
