What Causes Vertigo While Turning The Head Towards Right Side?
I am sitting in a chair and had vertigo so bad I thought I was falling sideways with the chair. Grabbed on to the desk and held on. My son helped sit up and am ok now. It is when I turn my head to the righ. Can my son help me with the Eply Maneuver?

So ear diseases (middle and inner ear) should be ruled out first.
