General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems you have developed benign positional vertigo which may occur because of a defect in the inner ear.

I would advise you to get yourself checked by an ENT who will do a thorough clinical examination and may also advise some blood tests to rule out other causes.

Meanwhile, you can take tab betahistine to relieve vertigo.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.amman,
