What Causes Vertigo With Extreme Dizziness And Frequent Urination?
I have vertigo with extreme dizziness for four days with pulse rate initially around 125 causing sort of pressure to go to washroom to pass bowel motion and urine every 2-3hr initially. My doctor diagnosed anxiety and gave alprazolam, fluoxitine and indral. But vertigo is still there. Stomach symptoms are somewhat better. Please advise. Can I use serc instead?

Hello,
Since all other symptoms are getting better you can start betahistine twice daily for vertigo. Don't stop taking anxiety medications.
