General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You should:
1. Soak your hands in warm water with potassium permanganate
2. Rinse first with warm water followed by cold water
3. Dry well
4. Apply triple antibiotic ointment twice daily
5. Apply allergy relief ointment twice daily
6. Apply aloe vera gel throughout the day

If there is still no improvement within a couple of days, you should see your caring doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
