What Causes Vibrating Sensation All Over The Body At Night?

Good evening, my name is Charles. I m 44. I wish to know what could be responsible for a kind of vibration in my body that I usually experience when I lie down to sleep at night. It may happen once or twice before i sleep. My whole body will suddenly and briefly vibrate. Thanks

The symptoms of vibrating sensation could suggest nerve pathology. If the area of vibration is localized and does not change, it suggests the sensory nerves supplying that area are getting affected by either compression or some other pathology.

Some people who wear tight belts do complain of similar vibrating sensation. Find out if you have a spine problem, such as a protruding intervertebral disc, with slight compression of the nerves.
