What Causes Vibrating Sensation In The Ears After Withdrawing From Tramadol?

I am taking tramadol, hydrocodone and now the doctor put me on methocarbamol, some is for pains I was having in my chest, and the others is for pain I was having in my foot, then he told me to stop taking the tramadol, and just take the rest as needed for pain, the problem is now I have this virbrate in my ears.

It is not related to Tramadol.

As of now, you can try drugs like Betahistine for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist you can consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
