Your symptom of vibration in chest is very unique. A few causes may be shingles, myocardial infarction, trigeminal neuralgia, angina, pericardial effusion, spinal nerve compression or paresthesia due to vascular diseases. You can go see a physician if your symptom persists and worsens. He may order few tests like ECG, and 2D echocardiography. You need a detailed clinical examination to arrive at a specific diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
