General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The high blood pressure directly will not pause any alteration in vibration over the back of thigh.

* The possible issue sounds to be some nerve compression at spinal cord level , supplying area of posterior thigh and responsible for the same.

An evaluation with expert neurologist and possible need of MRI lower spine will help great in this regard.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
