I ve recently had several days of shaking chills, severe, watery diarrhea, general aches. All that has passed. I m working on forcing fluids to catch up on dehydration. I m now having significant night sweats like shirt soaking pillow soaking sweats. I notice my appetite is down quite a bit and am remembering that for several days prior to the diarrhea it was also down. I am better. Should I call my doctor or just ride it
