What Causes Visible Blood Vessels On The Palms And Wrists?
I stay well hydrated, exercise regularly, & eat well. On the back of my hand, there s little fat so my blood vessels stick out & are clearly felt, they can also be seen on part of my palm & my wrist, but not the rest of my body. The skin on my legs & thighs however are very thin or clear because you can clearly see my blood vessels (i ve been like this since I can remember, I am 19). They aren t spider veins though because you can t feel them, only see them.

The fact that you can visualize the blood vessels in your hand clearly is not unusual, as you stated, there is little fat in this area.
This is the same for most persons though visibility of veins varies from one person to the next.
The advantage would be - if for whatever reason you need blood testing done, your veins are clearly seen.
It does not indicate any problem.
