What Causes Vision Loss In One Eye Along With Dizziness And Fatigue?

My mother in law has diabetes. She is 88 years old. Her blood sugar in the morning before eating ranges between 150-170. What is her danger zone? Today she lost sight in one eye and was dizzy and tired so I checked her blood sugar and it was 224. I gave her fast acting insulin. Was that ok?

it is already high. it need treatment and diet control to lower the level might have diabetic retinopathy or cataract indicating reason of loss of visionlost probably it is retinopathy because cataract loss of vision will be gradual.
