My husband starting experiencing a phenomena where an image which makes no sense to him pops into his head a couple of times a day. He has difficulty describing the image and often uses words which do not make sense when attempting to describe it. He thinks he is saying one word but he is saying another. If he is reading when this images pops in his mind he cannot make sense of the words on the paper. As soon as the image disappears (within seconds) he can read and understand the words.
