What Causes Visualizing Light Flashes And Nose Bleeds While Having Pneumonia?

Hi I went to the Dr two days ago and he diogniosed me with pneumonia and gave me antibiotics. Recently ever time I cough then close my eyes to catch my breath I get strong lights flashes at the back of my eyes. I also started getting nose bleeds. What should I do?

I really appreciate your concern,
Pneumonia can produce a rusty sputum but does not produce a nose bleed by itself. If you pick your nose or if the frail capillaries rupture in bouts of coughing or sneezing, it can produce nasal bleed
flashes can occur due excessive coughing leading to increase in intraorbital pressure that can cause flashes of light
I suggest you to take levoquen, . You should think for doing culture and sensitivity from the sputum. Once you have report take treatment accordingly.
