Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The prostate clot and the surgeries in the urethral area could have made you prone to the development of a stricture. That could be why you are having an increased post voidal urine volume.

You could ask your doctor to perform a micturating cysourethrography and more importantly analyse your post voidal residual volume of urine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan
