Firstly, nausea, abdominal fulness, loss of appetite may be due to numerous problems. These are- liver disease, Gall bladder pathology,
Peptic ulcer disease, non-ulcer dyspepsia, SIBO or
irritable bowel syndrome, enteritis, giardiasis,
H pylori infection etc.
Therefore clinical examination by a gastroenterologist is needed along with a few tests.
Complete blood count, urea,creatinine, LFT, electrolytes
USG whole abdomen
Urine routine examination
Stool routine examination and OBT
For the time being you may follow the below mentioned advice -
Plenty of oral fluid and water.
Small meals at frequent interval
Avoid empty stomach
Avoid spices, junk food, carbonated beverages, alcohol and tobacco.
Tab Rabifast XL one tab before breakfast for 10 days
Enterogermina oral suspension one such twice daily for 15 days
Tab Zofer MD 8mg SOS for vomiting
