Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My father is 84 yrs old and is unable to hold food down. For the past 10 days he has been vomiting shortly after eating. His medications include Cardidopa/Levodopa 25-100MG Metformin 500 MG Mag-Oxide 400 MG Atenolol 50 MG Atorvastatin 20 MG Fenofibrate 145 MG Demeclocycline 300 MG Clopidogrel 75 MG He complains about been dizzy when attempting to sit down or to lay down.
As per your history is concerned his vomiting has many pathological causes so first start from (Gastroesophageal Reflux).so do an upper GI endoscopy and manometry, intraluminal Esophageal Electrical Impedance and his dizziness is due to BPV.
