Hi,
Throwing after every meal may be a sign of inflammation of lining of
esophagus or stomach (
esophagitis or
gastritis). It may be due to presence of
acid reflux activity. Chronic
stress may also cause this. If the exact cause of this can be found, then treatment of the cause is best option.
Proper diagnosis by upper gastro-intestinal
endoscopy may be essential. As in your case,
hepatitis B is also present, therefore, its co-relation with your symptoms is to be worked out and a proper diagnosis of your lever functions is to be made as well as presence of hepatitis
viral load is to be analysed & treatment done accordingly.
Still, whatever, the cause may be, It is always beneficial:
1- Take a break from solid food for some time, even if you feel hungry
2- Stay hydrated by sucking ice cubes or frozen fruit pops
3- Eat slowly, smaller and frequent foods every few hours
4- Drink clear or ice
cold drinks
5- Eat light, bland foods like saltine crackers or plain bread
6- Do not mix hot & cold foods
7- Drink beverages slowly
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
