What Causes Vomiting After Having Chocolate?

Possibility is of consumption of stale chocolate or food 2-3 days before. Unhygienic food can cause nausea, vomiting and sometimes diarrhea. If fever is not there, you can take tablet domeperidone 12 hourly to control vomiting. Two dose will be enough for it.
