Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, My father had an angioplasty on 5th-April,2014, with 2 stents inserted. The blockage was found in two arteries with 95% blockage. But now after 20 days, he suddenly felt breathless and had chest pain. The doctors said that there is blockage in the STent inserted. So again angioplasty was done and 1 more stent has been inserted. But after this, he is vominiting. Pls guide me what could be possible reason for all these complication. What shall be way forward. Thanks in advance
Vomiting may be caused from the medications he takes for his cardiac problems. But also I would advise to check his renal and liver function. Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. I wish good health to your father.
