General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since your liver is affected you are having nauseous & feeling of vomiting. You are suggested to visit ER, get physically examined. Get CBC, Urinalysis, Liver function tests & Imaging tests done.

Take home made boiled food, semi solid food like porridge, oats or kitchri in small amounts 2-3 times a day. Take veggies, fruits and berries.

Stay away from oily, spicy, junk food. Avoid smoking, alcohol or addictions if any. Stay well hydrated & take adequate rest.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
