What Causes Vomiting After Taking Taxim O Forte For Stomach Infection?

Dear Dr, My son is 4.6 and had stomach infection so he was administered with emeset syrup 6 ml twice a day along with taxim o forte . He seems to be getting better as stool and fever are gone however occasional vomitting is still there. Kindly advice shay should I do?

Hi,

It may cause nausea and diarrhea. Take it full stomach. Add some probiotic and take curd and other lacto bacillus sources.
