What Causes Vomiting After Taking Pain Killers For Left Arm Pain?
My wife aged 26 had a severe pain in left arm , the local doc diagnosed it a muscle pull and gave an voveron ointment and some pain killers , but now she is vomiting once a day after meal, is this vomiting coz of the pain or it could be something else?
Vomiting after taking pain killers may occur due to gastrointestinal disease, migraine, food poisoning, infection, etc. Always take antacids or PPI's with painkillers to avoid throwing out. Never take pain killers in empty stomach. Take antiemetics to feel better. If vomiting is due to infection, you may need antibiotics. Visit ER, get adequately hydrated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
