General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Vomiting after taking pain killers may occur due to gastrointestinal disease, migraine, food poisoning, infection, etc. Always take antacids or PPI's with painkillers to avoid throwing out. Never take pain killers in empty stomach. Take antiemetics to feel better. If vomiting is due to infection, you may need antibiotics. Visit ER, get adequately hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
