What Causes Vomiting Along With Abdominal Pain And Dizziness?

I woke up at 2:30am last night puking. The puking didn't stop until 6:30am, and by that time nothing was really coming up anymore. The instant I would take a drink of water I would puke no more than 10 minutes later. It's now 7:10pm and although I haven't puked for 12 hours I feel like I could puke any second, constantly. My whole body aches, I have bad abdominal pain, and my neck and lower back hurt. I have a temperature of 100.7 and a very bad headache and feel dizzy. Any idea what could be causing this? When I went to bad last night I felt perfectly fine and this all came on suddenly.
