What Causes Vomiting Along With Diarrhea And Dizziness?

Hi, I woke up at like 4 am vomiting, with diarrhea and Im cold and dizzy. I thought it was just some bad food poising or something even though I haven t had anything that someone else hasn t had so I m not sure. It is just super bad. Also, I have for a bit had this random super sharp pain on my lower left side near ish my hip bone. What could be wrong?

I have evaluated your query thoroughly you can take Ofloxacycilin and Ornidazole combination twice a day for five days. Take Pantoprazole and Domperidone combination drug twice a day for five days empty stomach. Take Lactobacillus 1 thrice a day for five days. Take Paracetamol 2 times a day for five days.
