What Causes Vomiting Along With Fever And Headaches?

sir/madam, i had an unprotected sex with my gf. She took unwanted 72 medicine after 24 hours. After taking the medicine she had vomiting with in 30 mins. After vomiting, she got fever, headache, and full body pains. My doubt is that the medicine has worked or not.. If not should she take one more unwanted72. We had sex on 1st feb 2018. Her MC cycle start date is 21st jan 2018.

If she vomited in 30 minutes the drug wasn't absorbed so she needs to take another one. You had unprotected sex in her fertile days so pregnancy possibility is very high. Tace care of her because she may be suffering from gastroenteritis. Give her paracetamol for pain and keep hydrated.
