What Causes Vomiting Along With Headache, Nausea And Dizziness?

Vomiting, Headache, weakness, nausea, bloating, dizzy and light headed. when eating it make her sick, Had epidural shots in mid back (10-05-16) which is effecting the lower back a lot. would the epidural cause these Symptoms . what should we do to keep her comfortable. she is a 69 in Nov. she has a nerve disease.

Yes, it could be but she needs to have neurology workup before we jump to any conclusion dear and an MRI of the brain.
