What Causes Vomiting Along With Hypertension And Fatigue?
My daughter-in-law (39 yrs. old) was taken to the ER w/the following symptoms: 1. Vomiting, to the point in which only bile was coming up. 2. Blood pressure measured by EMT at 160/120. 3. Lethargy, especially over the last few days. She recently had her blood pressure medicine changed. What could this be?
Hai, Extremely high blood pressure — a top number (systolic pressure) of 180 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) or higher or a bottom number (diastolic pressure) of 120 mm Hg or higher can damage the vessels. damages blood vessels. in hypertensive crisis vomiting, lethargy may occur. but sometimes hypertensive drugs which may drop the blood pressure to low as recent change in blood pressure medication.
At times drug reaction could also be suspected.
above three reason could be the reason with your history.
