What Causes Vomiting Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck?

I am 45 male suffer with sarcoidosis and RA last night I started throwing up my lymph nodes in my neck are painfully swollen hard to swallow turn my head even. Had lessons appear on both ears and rt hand, now two ago I found a tick bite on my back unsure how long it was there..... I am very fatigue with the RA @ Scarcodoses but it s. Double. Thoat is sore said I a pale....

Hello,

Consult a physician and get a biopsy from the lymph node.
As of now you can take antiemetic like Domeperidone for vomiting.
