What Causes Vomiting And Abdominal Distention In A Child?
My 4 year old son just vomited again & he seems to have distended stomach. He vomited last Tuesday night through the night every 30 minutes, but started to feel better at the end of the day Wednesday.....then felt better....resumed normal activity eating a little less than usual....but now today is Saturday night and he went to sleep for about 1 hour before he woke up vomiting. Not sure how serious this is or if we should see a doctor soon?

Most probably it could be a gastroenteritis. Consult a paediatrician and get evaluated. As of now ask him to take plenty of oral fluids to prevent dehydration.
