What Causes Vomiting And Blood In Stools?

Last night I started having severe pain like I have never felt before on my left lower side. Maybe ovary level or colon? Followed by serve vomiting and diarrhea. Now today I have tried several times to eat or drink and it is like my stomach is shutting it down. Very sensitive to touch. If I lay down it does not hurt. But if I get up and move it does. Also just now I thought I had diarrhea but when I turned to flush it was red bloody pieces. It did not resemble a bowel movement at all. What could this be?

This is from Acute inflammation from acute bacterial Colitis, which is caused from severe infection due to food indcued infection.
You need to do Stool TEst and take treatment for it from your GP doctor.
Surgeons opinion to rule out accompanying anal causes is needed.
