What Causes Vomiting Blood And Bloody Bowel Movements?

what causes me to throw up blood and have bloody bowel movements. ive already been to hospital and ran a bunch of tests but they could not find anything wrong. is it my diet? i changed it from eating a lot of beef, to eating more chicken and pork, with potatoes and veggies every now and then.

* There can be number of reasons for the blood in vomit with bloody bowel movements as

- intestine infection
- acute gastric erosions or bleeding ulcer
- inflammatory bowel disorders
- liver diseases as cirrhosis or others
- platelet disorders or other blood disorders.
