What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhea Along With Nausea?
A week ago I woke up in the middle of the night with major stomach issues. Puking and diarrhea. I have not felt well since. I continue to be nauseous and have to go to the bathroom often. Food upsets my stomach. The kicker is I have missed my period. There is a chance of pregnancy but I have taken 3 tests and all have come back negative. I have crampy in my pelvis and my back like I should have a period but it has not started. It is 8 days late. Suggestions?

sometimes periods can shift from 7 days to 15 days also.
as you said you have tested negative for pregnancy.
then the pain can be due to other reasons also.
do you still have vomiting symptoms and diarrhea?
before taking any medications i would suggest you to visit a gynecologist because if its due to pregnancy then you should not be taking certain drugs.
