What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhea In A Child?
My son is 12 years old and pretty healthy. He only has a few seasonal allergies. A few days ago he seemed to have a tummy virus--throwing up and diarrhea. Everything cleared up. But he hasn t gotten his usual appetite back yet, his head has been hurting the last couple of days, and now he has a 101.4 fever. He also feels like he might throw up. He is sleeping now. He went to school the last two days.

I think he may need rehydration because is dehydrated. He can use tresol for rehydration, use enterogermina or other intestinal prebiotics to restore the intestinal flora.
If he can't eat or drink you can go to the hospital for intravenous infusion.
