What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhea While Suffering From Low Grade Fever?

My 8 yr threw up on thursday night she threw up at least 6 times had diahrrea and a low temp of 99.8 the fever is gone the last time she threw up was friday at 7 am. She had been fine up until 10 min ago when she threw up no fever and no diahrrea. What could it be.

If she is on medication they can also cause it and an infection also can cause it. Don’t worry give her some fluid and rest she will be okay in few days.
