What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhoea Along With Abdominal Pain?

Hello I have been having tummy pain for like a month now and vomiting and diarea. Hot flashes sometimes. Not been wanting to eat I went to er like 2 weeks ago they said I had nothing but last week pain got worse and have really ate anything? Been feeling cold and I get fevers at times. I also have hard time breathing at times? What can it be?

Functional in origin is possible cause
Age and gender is missing here, else related cause could have been thought
Treatment:
Just relax, no apprehensiveness, keep the stress low,
Medication:
"Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium three times in day
