What Causes Vomiting And Dizziness After Alcohol Consumption?

Hi, I drank alcohol heavily last night which has now been 24 hours ago. Im constantly throwing up everywhere and I can t hold down any fluids or solids. I m shivery, dizzy, and my stomach is horribly upset. What can I do to fix these issues? Could I have alcohol poisoning? Should I go to the emergency room? Thank you.

Hi ! I have gone through your question and i understand your concern.

I would say that alcohol irritate your stomach and thats why you throw up.Yes you have alcohol overdose .Since you can't get any fluid in your stomach you are dehydrated and have lost electrolytes that all cause you feeling dizzy , shivering (also cause hypotension.)or problem breathing , irregular heart bear.
You should go to the hospital to take some intravenous liquids as soon as you can to prevent further complications.
