What Causes Vomiting And Excessive Flatulence While On Prilosec?
I have suffered from heartburn and acid reflux for 30+ years. I ve been on prilosec for far too long. Now my esophagus is constricting when I swallow, causing me to have to forcefully throw up to remove the clog deep in my throat. Breathing is not affected. Flatulence, belching, and belly bloat are also troublesome. I know losing 20 lbs would be optimal, but nothing seems to be effective in this condition. What to do?

I really appreciate your concern, the overall symptoms are suggestive of abdomen infection with hyperacidity and if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with tab Omeprazole with Domperidone. For infection, I would suggest to have Tab Amoxicillin.
