What Causes Vomiting And Fever?

My husband threw up at dinner last evening (did not know what was happening). We called 911, emt took him to ER. He was xrayed & EKG. All were fine. He has been very tired & weak today, diarira, very distended stomach. Slight fever 99.7. He is 78, normally in good health. He is very uncomfortable due to distended stomach. email: YYYY@YYYY

Hi, I have gone through your query.Your husband is suffering from an infection in his stomach.Give him lots of fluids.Let him drink ORS frequently.For the distended stomach & diarrhoea you can give him the following: 1--A combination of Rabeprazole 20mg-Domperidone 30mg Caps. once a day on empty stomach for 10 days.2--Acombination of Ofloxacin 200mg-Ornidazole 500mg twice a day for 5 days.
