woke up throwing up that was really forceful. started having the runs. things have settled down but i still feel like i have been through the wringer. nausea, headache, and really tired. i am diabetic type 2 sugars are all over the place but not really high. also on pain meds and muscle relaxers for a messed up hip

Hi, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern. The vomiting & head ache you had could be due to- - Possibly the night dose of pain medicine was taken on an empty stomach causing hyper acidity & nausea & vomiting.This would go with proton pump inhibitors like Ranitidine 150 mg three times a day & antacid suspension like Gelusil MPS.. over the counter.If no response, have to attend ER for injectables - uncontrolled diabetes with possibilities of more serious complications. This demands pathological test for complete Diabetic profile & expert advise for managing any abnormalities found. Thanks
