What Causes Vomiting And Lightheadedness?

im 62 generally feel healthy x fit 3 weeks ago had a bout of one off vomiting was in bed couple of days.ok after that then last week just didn t feel well,no energy aches ,pains,sicky feeling light head and feeling cold and shivery still feel the same 5 days on.

It seems that you have gastritis which is due to the irritation of the stomach lining. This will lead to the problems that you are having of vomiting and dizziness due to water and electrolyte loss.

You can start by taking 20 ml of Pepto-Bismol 2 to 3 times a day to see if it helps you. If it does, then you are fine. Follow up after 3 days. All the best.
