What Causes Vomiting And Low Fever?
My 7 year old sister has been on and off sick for the past couple of weeks, her symptoms are vomiting, low grade fever, and lethrgy. she has seen her doctor and has urine tests and blood test done, they all came back normal except for a UTI. One day she will be fine and the next she is throwing up. what could it possible be?

Hi...UTI can as well cause chronic vomiting if it gets complicated into a reflux disease. I suggest you to get your kid evaluated for the same - If I were your pediatrician I would have done -
1. Urine routine and culture
2. Ultrasound abdomen and if this is abnormal - go ahead with MCU and DMSA scans.
