What Causes Vomiting And Nausea While Having Fibromyalgia?

My daughter is 17 and has been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. She has been at home sick for 4 days with pretty sever body pain, mild nausea and intermittent vomiting. The vomiting seems to be getting worse while the pain is slowly getting better. At what point should I take her to the doctor? She had a mild fever, 99+ which seems to have gone away today.

have you tried any antiemetic medication? If pain and fever is reduced means no inflammation a sign of betterment. use common antiemetics for vomitting like ondensetron.
