What Causes Vomiting And Severe Pain In The Abdomen?

My wife had a several week episode in which she vomited, had intense pain in her stomach, choking. She just had an operation for endometrial carcinoma, and now she has the following symptoms: a hand pulling her intestines down, intense pain above that in her chest, a ball choking her, palpitations.

consultant chologist for examination ,investigation if requered and then recomand treatment. it all can be related to endometrial cancer. there may be metastasis.
